Abstract

The completion of a study of this kind depends upon the assistance and cooperation of many persons. The investigators wish to extend their
thanks to Diploma in Public Administration (DPA) students from semester 4 until semester 6 who took part in answering the questionnaire. On top of all, the investigators are deeply thankful for the guidance and encouragement that they received from their supervisor Tuan Haji Saudi Bin Haji Narani.
