First and foremost, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Allah SWT for giving me the opportunities to perform my student industrial training and completed my student industrial training at Hock Peng Reality Sdn Bhd Mukah. I also wish to express my deep sense of gratitude to both my parents who have support me financially from the very earliest moments I have started my study at University Technology Mara (UiTM) Kampus Samarahan 2 until this practical training period. Besides that, I would like to express my gratitude to the Mr. Lai Pung Joo, Branch Manager of Hock Peng Reality Sdn Bhd Mukah for giving me opportunity to do my internship at the organization and also being cooperative and
supportive in every task assigned to me during this internship period. Furthermore, 1 would like to thank my supervisor, Mdm. Wan Lee Lee for teaching, guidance, advises, knowledge and experience sharing which allowed me to improve myselfboth academically and individually. This industrial training would be tough without thesupport of whole staffwho is very helpful in advising, offering assistance, sharing knowledge and experience and the most valuable for accepting me not only as the trainee but also as the part ofthe family at the organisation during my internships.
