The most valuable memory fulfills in g my degree journey is the internship attachment for M G T666. It is an important course that carries 12 credit hours in the last semester according to the study plan for all undergraduate students in the Faculty of Business and Management. It is known as an internship or on-the-job training in a field linked to our academic degree and the field of concentration is mandatory for all students. This practical course acts as a medium for students to gain experience in real situations, apply skills at the workplace, and a sense of responsibility in handling the responsibilities given to them by the employer. It will improve their knowledges, abilities, s k ills and attitudes related to tasks. As a result, I have completed this Industrial Training Report at UiTM Rembau, in the College and Non-Resident Management Unit. In this department, it is a good place to practice what I have learned during the class and develop an excellent career, also improve my s k ills and talents. From my observation, UiTM is a great place to s tart and develop your career and s k ills because UiTM prov ides a comprehensive salary and benefits package to support the professional and personal needs of employees. UiTM not only pays competitive salaries but also prov ides the opportunities and options of training and evaluation for staff to improve their efficiency and productivity. As a result, it may improve and expand our knowledge and expertise of educational products, services, policies and regulations. In conclusion, by evaluating positive and negative fac tors ins ide and outs ide UiTM Rembau, the outcomes of the SWOT Analysis component help us to understand why the analysis should be relevant.
