This report contains a six-month journey in the internship program as an intern at Federal Development Land Authority (FELD A). FELD A is a government company under a statutory body that offers services to manage the affairs of farmers and settlers. This report consists of seven sections which include the student profile as the preface of this report. Next, it will be discussing on company’s profile which includes the background, mission statement, core values statement, and services offered by FELDA. This report contains the organizational structure and analysis of the company regarding a SWOT analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of FELDA. Then, this report will be focused on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of FELDA which will meet with the suggestions and recommendations in the last sections of this report.
