Abstract
According to the course schedule, the final course for all undergraduate courses in the Faculty of Business and Management is the Internship Course (MGT666). Internships or practical training in fields linked to our studies is mandatory to all students. This internship course acts as a direct training ground for students to get real-world experience, workplace skills, and a sense of responsibility in handling responsibilities given to them by the employer. It would improve task-related knowledge, abilities, and attitudes. I have successfully completed this Industrial Training Report at Caca's Holding Sdn Bhd, in the department of Sales Executive for two weeks and HR Finance Department for 22 weeks in the business Headquarter which at Kajang. Caca's provides an extensive, competitive compensation and benefits package to meet the requirements of both its workers' professional and private lives. Caca's is one of the stores that sells Muslimah clothing which means specifically products for women. They exclusively offer services to customers in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. In addition to paying a competitive wage, Caca's also provides training and employee evaluation. As a result, it may enhance and widen my knowledge and skills about businesses, administration, and policies. In conclusion, the SWOT Analysis component's result will help to assess internal factors and external factors that might affect the business. The analysis should be significant by weighing positive and negative elements that are internal and external to the business.
