My wonderful six-month industrial training began at this organization, which is known as Putra Specialist Hospital (Melaka), Sdn. Bhd. Patients in Melaka and the surrounding regions may take advantage of the modern medical services and facilities available at the well-known Putra Specialist Hospital Melaka, which is located in Malaysia and is a supplier of healthcare services. During the course of my industrial training, I was given the opportunity to get practical experience by working in the medical records department of the company. In addition, I was asked to research the organization and critically apply the theoretical aspects of the organization to the actual scenario. The information presented here has been divided into parts. My background will be covered in the first section, followed by an overview of the firm and an explanation of its organizational structure. The next section is about my training reflection, in which I will offer a detailed explanation of the length of time I worked, the specifics of my job, and the improvements I made. My experience and observations gained while working there will serve as the basis for the fifth component, which is a SWOT analysis. Here, I will provide a summary of the organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Immediately after that, I will provide my own advice on how to overcome the challenges that are presented inside the organization, and then I will bring the whole report to a close.
