Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Kota Tinggi / Fatin Raihanah Kamarudin

This report is documented about student’s industrial training experience for the Industrial Training Course (HMM666) which took place at Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Kota Tinggi (hereafter PPDKT) from 1st March until 15th of August in the year 2023. This final course must be taken by all students before finishing their Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons,) Human Resources Management in UiTM Melaka Cawangan Bandaraya Melaka. The content of the report is segmented in five parts. In the first part contains a student's resume, company background, vision, mission, objective, goals, organizational structure of a company, and product or service. Next part of the report demonstrates about my job responsibilities in PPDKT. This part covers every activity carried out in each unit, skills used for specific project, and all tasks successfully performed by the student throughout the six months internship under Human Resources Unit. Plus, the main part of this report will highlight the SWOT analysis of PPDKT. At last part, I would like to offer some recommendations and suggestions where the organization could have scope to improve. The recommendations and suggestions are provided showing that the student has overcome those challenges. The journey of the industrial training perhaps causing the student may sharpen some essential skills such as communication skill, problem-solving skill, and also management skill other than just what is written in the book. At the end of industrial training, students can integrate theories and practices in a real working environment.
