Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the consumer perception towards purchase intention on online shopping among Malaysian Youth. The purpose of this study is to determine relationship between independent variables and dependent variable, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and to determine the sample. The independent variables in this study is perception of web design, perception of reliability, perception of privacy and perception of customer service. The sample of this study is 193 respondents and the researcher used Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software to analyze data collected. The method used in this study was casual research also known as hypothesis testing. The result from this project paper demonstrated a positive and significant relationship between the independent variables and dependent variable.
