Abstract

Occupational stress is the condition where the workers need to deal with environment that the workers would not like. In this environment, they will faced hard situation and this situation will lead to performance to decreases. This will make the employees become unmotivated, not confident with the task that they done. This environment cannot be let by the employers because it will make the employers lose the talented workers that they have. If the occupational stress were not handle with good, it will affect the organizational consistency. The organization maybe doesn't like this occupational stress problem, so they need to know what occupational stress can do and what factors that can lead to occupational stress. When the organization was able to know what occupational stress, they will develop or find the best solutions to overcome the occupational stress problems. Occupational stress if were not deal with the good way, it will influence your performance and consistency towards the organizations.
