My six-months of industrial training at Muar District Office began on 1st March until 15th August 2023. The department strives to be a world-class organisation capable of promoting district development in accordance with the government's policies. During the industrial training, I was allocated in three units departmental which are the management services, physical development unit and community development unit. I was assigned to handle all the administrative work and helped those staff who need a help. In this report, I have provided my most recent resume that has been updated. I have also summarized the background of the company that included vision and mission, objectives, organizational chart, and product and services offered by the company. Moreover, I have shared a little about the history of Muar establishment and development. In addition, during my industrial training, I have discovered that my skills and knowledge are improved. I have boosted my self-discipline and time management, as well as my communication skills and attention to detail when performing tasks. I have included some of my tasks and work details, as well as the benefits I received while intern at Muar District Office. Furthermore, throughout my internship in Muar District Office, I have observed and examine the company with the best swot analysis for better improvements in the future. I have also discussed and made recommendations for each of the swot. My expectations for the future in terms of employment are described in the last part of the report.
