Abstract

This report was prepared for my lecturer also the advisor and Faculty of Business Administration and has the following objectives:

1. To identify the perception held by employees regarding the quality of the task/services provided by the construction company.
2. To study the level of employee satisfaction.
3. To get suggestions from employees on how to improve the quality of services.

Means most of all constructs were above four on a 5-point scale, indicating that on average employers are agree or very agree with the company facilities or services. Other constructs also on a 5-point scale, indicating that on average employers are satisfactory or excellent (rating). The suggestions where the employees fill either the company should practice any policies or conduct some seminar our course in order to increasing employee productivity. In addition, the purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of the relationships between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees at four locations of a Pemborong Sara Sdn. Bhd. (PSSB) chain or office in Sabah which located in Kota Kinabalu, Semporna, Tawau, and Kunak.
