This report's objective is to recognize work environment experiences that give students real world experience in their subject of study or job of interest. Students need to locate organizations or businesses that welcome and provide industrial training students the opportunity to collaborate with them in this regard. Students will spend six months in industrial training while looking for work experience at the businesses where we have opted to end our final semester. When the students land a job in the future, they will apply the experiences, abilities, and training materials they have amassed throughout the industrial training. To that end, I have finished my six-month industrial training program with Zurith Safety Services Sdn. Bhd. in the Department of Administrative Management. My industrial training began on 15 March 2023 and was completed on 15 August 2023. Various fire safety-related goods and services are provided by Zurith Safety Services Sdn. Bhd. I was given the responsibility of working at the Department of Admin Management, where I acquired knowledge and finished administration-related tasks. I've gained a lot of knowledge on how to manage the tasks and procedures related to the operation of an administration. For instance, I assisted with organizing the staff and business papers and certificate files, taught myself how to sign up the personnel for training or programs, and presented the firm's documentation for the audit sessions. I also assist other departments if they want any assistance. I was overseen by a team of employees that are very skilled and knowledgeable in my line of work as an administrator. I will outline the SWOT analysis of Zurith Safety Services Sdn. Bhd. Throughout this essay. Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats are the four components of that. The employees are full of experiences and skills, market experiences, and no generation gap between staff is the strength of the company. The weaknesses of the company, most of the employees work tirelessly and burnout in completing their job, lack of communication between the staff and employers, and the limited places for the internship students. Opportunities for the company are the loyalty of the customers, opening of the job opportunities, and increased business awareness among the consumers. Last but not least, threats which the easiness of entering the market with the same products, the financial instability of the company, and the cost of technology investment.
