My memorable and enlightening 6 - month industrial training began here at Seasonings Specialities Sdn Bhd starting from 1st of March 2023 until 15th of August 2023. This report is about the assignment that was completed throughout the internship. This report will include the student's resume, corporate background, vision, mission, objective, goals, organisational structure of a company, and product or service information. Seasonings Specialities Sdn Bhd SWOT analysis is also contained in this report's material. The purpose of this study is to establish a SWOT analysis that was used throughout six months of industrial training based on job duties accomplished, a task learnt, experience obtained, and student achievement during industrial training under the sector. I was exposed to the system that was used, as well as the work procedures and, most importantly, the work culture and work environment. Weaknesses were also the target of suggested improvements or recommendations. Communication, problem-solving, and management abilities are developed through student internships. Following the internship, I got greater knowledge of workplace behaviour, practised in the workplace, and gained a thorough understanding of how to operate in an organisation.
