The semester six student of Human Resource Management from Universiti Teknologi Mara Kampus Bandaraya Melaka must experience the Industrial Training Program which is part of the academic credit hour to gain a degree. Therefore, I am compulsory to undergo industrial training for 24 weeks starting from 1 March 2023 until 15 August 2023 to meet the requirement that set by Universiti Teknologi Mara Kampus Bandaraya Melaka in order to be qualified to receive and finish my degree in course that I have registered which is Human Resource Management. I have been accepted for industrial training at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). At Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), I was placed in the Administration Department at Faculty of Electric and Electronic Engineering. The purpose of the internship is to allow me to apply all my knowledge, skills and abilities that I gained during my study into the real world of work. Internship is obviously not only obligation to complete the degree and graduate from the university but the internship has helped me to increase my knowledge and understand the implementation of a job. This report is written to meet the requirements as this report carries 30% of the marks for the Industrial Training Program. I have followed the guidelines that have been given to complete this report. The information in this report is based on my experience and observations throughout my industrial training at UTHM. After that, I also get more information from related websites as references. This report has the student profile which is my latest resume, and further contains the company profile in addition, I was also asked to write training’s reflection during my six months of industrial training. The next part of this report is about SWOT Analysis. I have chosen to analyze SWOT about the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, followed by discussion, recommendation and it ends with a conclusion.
