Sama Sama Hotel / Amirul Afiq Mohd Fadzil

The journey got started on March 1, 2023, when I started my internship at Sama Sama Hotel KL International Airport. I will begin in March 2023 and continue until August 2023. During this six-month journey, I was assigned to the Human Resources Department, which is in line with my study course and a requirement of my Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Management of Human Resources at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). Based on the problem for which I was chosen, I gathered all of the data through a website, a colleague, my supervisors, and files. This report begins with a company profile and then moves on to organisational culture. Following that, it moves on to the facilities and amenities that are provided by the hotel, followed by a summary of my training reflection. Following that, it moves on to the main objective of my internship session, which is the SWOT analysis of Sama Sama Hotel, followed by the discussion and recommendations, and my report concludes with a conclusion. I used my survey and regular observations from my six-month internship with the company for the SWOT Analysis. My advisor and supervisor also provided me with guidance on how to complete this SWOT analysis. Because the primary goals of an internship are learning while working in a real-world environment and applying the knowledge learned during studies.
