Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) / Ainun Zanariah A Rashid

I decided to complete my internship journey at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn (UTHM) in department of Industry and Community Relation Centre (ICRC). It is a public university at Batu Pahat. I am whereby detailing my six months of my job experience in this report. A detail and comprehensive introduction of this organization, which includes the establishment of UTHM in organization structure, objectives, mission and vision. In the other hand, the either sections of this reports, I also include my recent resume, as well as the experience that I gained during my journey of my internship. In this report and documents, I will jot down on the benefits that I receive during my internship from this company including internal and external benefits. The purpose I am tell about my experienced and knowledge that I again during my internship. I analyze the organization’s SWOT analysis! consist of their strength, weakness, opportunity and threats in this industrial training report. Additionally, I offer some advice for the organization in this report how to deal with its threats and weaknesses while building on its opportunities and strength.
