Abstract
This internship report provides an overview of my 6 months experience and the tasks performed during my internship at Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) in the Risk, Integrity & Governance Division. The division consists of three including the Risk and Department, Internal Audit and Integrity Governance departments, Compliance Department, Department. Throughout the internship, I had the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the Internal Audit department, who provided guidance, mentorship, and valuable insights into the audit processes. The administrative tasks assigned to me during the internship involved maintaining and organizing internal audit files, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping. This experience helped me develop organizational skills, attention to detail, and a systematic approach to handling critical information. Another significant aspect of my internship was creating slide presentations and infographics for internal audit reports. This required me to employ data visualization techniques, effectively communicate complex information, and present findings in a visually appealing manner. Through this experience, I developed skills in visual storytelling and the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner. The primary focus of the research is to conduct a thorough SWOT Analysis of the company. During my training here, I had the chance to observe, evaluate and compile an extensive list of the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, which are detailed in my report. Additionally, I provide recommendations based on this analysis, highlighting areas where the company demonstrates strength and areas that require further development. Overall, my internship experience at HRD Corp was challenging and rewarding, and I believe that the skills and knowledge I gained during my time there will be valuable in my future career. I appreciate the opportunity to work with the talented professionals in the Risk, Integrity, and Governance Division and contribute to the success of HRD Corp.
