This internship report consists of all the things that I researched and observed during my 24 weeks of internship. The company that I am interning right now is Bank Kerjasama Rakyat (M) Berhad or also known as Bank Rakyat. The report consists of the background of the company which includes its vision, mission, and company's values. Next, we will discuss the tasks and responsibilities that were assigned to me under the Benefits Unit at the Shared Services Operations department. Moving on, the report also consists of the S.W.O.T. analysis that I have come up with, after conducting simple research and observation on the company. The analysis will talk about Bank Rakyat's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and also threats. After that, the report will move on to the ending which is the recommendations. This is where I give my suggestion for Bank Rakyat to improve its management and performance, supported with reliable academic resources. Lastly, I will conclude this internship report with a short conclusion. This part is where I will summarize all things that I have gained during my internship.
