Industrialized Building System (IBS) is a prefabricated construction technique 75% from factory. The objective of this report is to find out how to install IBS panels, the tools required and the problems encountered as well as their solutions. Accordingly, this report discusses the IBS system used for construction. Through observations, interview sessions and document review were recorded for reference and addition knowledge about the Industrialized Building System (IBS) method. Given the increasing construction costs and the period for construction also takes a long time, it is found that this method is very suitable for use. Moreover, the contractor as well as the owner necessarily want the construction of a project to have the low cost and to be completed within the stipulated time. Therefore, the technology of Industrialized Building System (IBS) method is able to save construction cost and time. Now, many contractors transform to the technology of Industrialized Building System (IBS) including government projects, one of which is the PPRT house (Projek Perumahan Rakyat Termiskin). This is because, the technology of Industrialized Building System (IBS) very save cost, time and the installation are also easy.
