Abstract
The Study of Counter Services in Mara University of Technology Campus Samarahan, Sarawak as a case study is designed to look at the effectiveness and efficiency of all the counters available in this campus after awarded with MS ISO 9OO2.The goal of this study will determine how far the efficiency and effectiveness given by these counters to the customers especially students who are the major customers of them. Even our campus as been awarded by this quality achievement, it does not mean that all of the customers are satisfied with their service. So, this study is aim to ensure and discover the truth about these counters whenever they rendering their services to the customers. The result gained can be used as improvement tools for all these counters to enhance the performance and satisfied all kinds of customers.
