This report briefly describe the process of Construction for house works and the problem occur during the construction works. The objective of this report is to identify the process of construction house works to identify the machinery and tools used in the construction house and to investigate the problem occur in the construction oh house. In this report there are two method of study that is primary and secondary to obtain information on construction of house works and problems occur. Observation has been made by site visit to the project site. In addition, for the interview, interviewed a person who experienced in the work of construction house works such as site supervisor and project manager. The finding from this report is construction of house works start from setting out, demolition, excavating, installation of reinforcement, formwork, and plumbing, brick bonding.
