Abstract

This prospective study was about the perception of the increasing retirement age among UiTM Pahang lecturers. It compared the factor that contributed to the increasing retirement age. There are 30 lecturers who become the respondent for our questionnaires. We use graph and table to show the finding from the questionnaires. The type of this research was the descriptive research because it focuses on events that occur in the present. This research was to find whether there was the significant relationship between gender and the increasing the retirement age. From the findings, it shows that the genders were influence the respondents to choose whether late or early of retirement age.
