Abstract
This industrial training report consists of four chapters which include the introduction, organization information, industrial training activities and industrial training reflective writing. The library has been selected for me to do 5 months of industrial training was Perpustakaan Sultanah Nur Zahirah (PSNZ), Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT). In order to complete the study, the students must compete 5 months of industrial training started 1th August 2019 until 31th December 2019. The industrial training provides exposure for real life of work and career option with different work environment. Most of the tasks that were given to me during industrial training were related to library management in library field especially when it cataloguing process. The training schedule has been prepared by the assistant administrative office to ensure the trainee can get knowledge from every department. Apart from that, it was a valuable experienced that was gain by the students from the project, program and activities that has been done and handle. During five months of industrial training, students manage to learn and understand that work flow and duty at every single section in library. There were having four departments which are Administration and Strategic Communication, Customers Services; Knowledge Resources Development; and Data Repository and Technology Management. Below one department, have a section and their own function in manage of library. All the knowledge, skills and experience during industrial training will give benefits to me in the future.
