Industrial training report: Perpustakaan Sultanah Nur Zahirah, Universiti Malaysia Terangganu / Nurul Ain Nasuha Zulkifli

This report consists four chapters which are introduction, organization information, industrial training activities and industrial training reflective writing. The organization that have been chosen as my place to do my industrial training was Perpustakaan Sultanah Nur Zahirah, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. Timeframe to complete this program is 5 month long started from 1st August 2019 until 31st December 2019. The main objective of Industrial Training is to expose the students to actual working environment and enhance their knowledge and skill from what they have learned in the college. Another purpose of this program is to instill the good qualities of integrity, responsibility and self-confidence. Most of the job and task have been done during this program are related to library management field where it gave you joy when you can implement what you have learnt during study to industrial training program. During five month of this program, the students be able to understand all the work flow on how the organization operate. The opportunity given by organization in handling one project gave students many knowledge and gave opportunity for the students to reveal more of their unknown ability. From this program students manage and able to improve their communication skills, build self-confidence and punctuality. Lastly, knowledge, skills and experience gained during the industrial training is the best time and best method to be the best information professional in the future.
