The effects of MyAgrosis program by FAMA on young entrepreneurs / Aina Syafiqah Abdul Halim

Entrepreneurial program appears to be sufficiently customized way to help novice of entrepreneurs to develop their managerial skills, almost everything must be consideration. The critical issues that frequently call for attention are lack of knowledge, experience, and capital. In relations with that, these study focuses are given to the main effect of MYAGROSIS program on young entrepreneurs and to determine whether the loans opportunity can help the young entrepreneurs to start a business. The result of this study would be obtained through the questionnaire with the twenty respondents in FAMA Negeri Sembilan and they have experience to handling MYAGROSJS's contestant. The results of the research point out the main effect of MyAGROSIS program on young entrepreneurs are knowledge and education and business opportunities. Researcher recognized the loans opportunity can help the young entrepreneurs to start a business. Majority of young entrepreneurs has not enough capital to develop and expand their business. The result from this study is expected to assist the researcher in deriving a better understanding of the activities that are undertaken by FAMA and how the MYAGROSIS programs are beneficial to youngsters and students to become entrepreneurs.
