CTW121 : Language style / College of Creative Arts

This course focuses on the language styles of prominent writers locally and internationally. Students are to compare and contrast the language styles of these writers in order to gain understanding of types of language styles. Students are also given the opportunity to apply and evaluate their own language styles in their writing. Some of the core topics introduced is introduction to stylistic, repetition language, figurative language, pantun, stage play language and language style as deviation.
