Abstract
This introductory course consists of the basic techniques and practical exercises of creative writing. Students are exposed to the fundamentals of several types of genres; prose, poetry, drama and TV/film script. This course aims to equip students with writing skills and technical knowledge that are relevant across the genres. The course emphasizes on the art of storytelling through discussions, exercises and peer critique.
