Industrial training report: Perpustakaan Tengku Anis / Annisa Nana Nadhea

Internship is an obligation that must be followed by students. With the implementation of these provisions, it is hoped that students will have more skills and knowledge directly obtained from the place where they are interning. This is done in order to familiarize themselves with the tasks at the internship site. Another goal of the internship is so that students can learn a lot about soft skills, such as the ability to solve problems, think critically, know good work ethics, manage time, and so on. This is not only useful in the world of work, but also useful to be implemented in everyday life. During my internship at the Perpustakaan Tengku Anis (PTA), I was assigned the task of striving for PTA to have new ideas and innovations to make the library more attractive to students. In addition, there is a task to study a system so that the information needed by students can be found effectively and efficiently. During my internship I have gained a lot of new knowledge about library management in Malaysia, especially at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with the hope that I can implement it when later working in a library in Indonesia. In addition, during the internship I also tried to practice directly the lessons I had learned as a student on campus.
