Industrial training report: Perpustakaan Tengku Anis / Siti Safingah

Based on an internship at the Tengku Anis Library (PTA) Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Kelantan from April to July 2023, the trainee has carried out many activities related to the role of the librarian. They are shelves by arranging books on shelves to facilitate information search, analyzing PTA strategic planning to improve library services for users, analyzing library collaboration in Malaysia, holding library online exhibitions by making flipbooks, information marketing, and branding on social media by creating video content and collaborate with the Library to hold talk shows, work in the counter room to carry out library circulation, analyze the psychological aspects of the library to improve library services for users, analyze online personalities among users in PTA, analyze library privacy security services, user trust, conduct classes literacy skills, providing electronic resources is providing information that can be accounted for through selecting reputable journals, carrying out the process of procuring collections such as cataloging and pasting call numbers for books, subject titles, digitizing archives, and making notebooks. Libraries play a role in fulfilling information sources such as storage functions, education, research, information retrieval, and cultural recreation functions. In carrying out the above functions, the implementation obtained from the library is the existence of user-oriented services and facilities. Various activities including special project activities. The trainee gained a lot of experience and knowledge from doing internships at the Tengku Anis Library.
