Abstract

Today’s life completely relies on computer system. All this scenario happens
to teachers at the Sekolah Menengah Dato’ Ahmad Razali, Ampang. When the exam
season, they always get the headache to count the mark then plus with the other
subject then calculate again and then compare to another students to get the class
ranking or grade. This take so much time and sometimes teachers make a mistake in
counting, so the teachers need to recalculate. This is what the researcher mean with
the simple works but need to do with the hard way. After that they need to do the
statistic calculation, draw the graph and many more that takes time. This is the big
problems for the teachers, in addition all the report card and reports about the exam
need to be sent and present just a week after exam. So, as the solution researcher
come out with the system that will solve the problems. Teachers will be using the
system and enter the mark and in a few second all the works done. The class ranking
will be calculate automatically and accurately. No more manual calculation that will
give headache to teachers. This system will be design interactively and easy to
understand and use. Beside that, it will keep the previous record and teachers can
access it quickly. This system obviously will make teacher’s simple jobs done in
easy way. So teachers at SMKDAR have more time in focusing in other job that is
really hard to do.
