eProposal is a unique tool used to store and retrieve information on proposal of students' activities as well as to seek approval from management. The project is aimed to record and manage the students' activities proposals in an efficient way, simple record tracking and fast approval can be gained effectively. It is projected towards enhancing the process of proposal submission between students and the faculty through the use of eProposal and making it convenient to all parties involved in the process. The system is proposed based on the demand by faculty as students' activities are routine every semester. The system can be commercialized and enhanced to be used by staff from all faculties in university to submit their proposal that needs approval from management. This system is believed to give positive impact to the organization in order to manage the proposal successfully and professionally.
