Abstract
This course is the first level of Arabic syntax. It focuses on the Arabic word classes as well as al-mubtada (subject) and al-khabar (predicate). In addition, it also emphasizes al-fa'il and al-maf 'ul bih. Students also will be exposed to al-mabniy and al-mu'rab for nouns and verbs.
