BAE605 : Arabic literature / Academy of Language Studies

This course emphasizes on classical and contemporary Arabic literature in various genres such as prose and poems from the Jahilliyah era until the present time. It also looks at the connotative and denotative aspects in creating and producing literary works. In addition, it discusses the factors that influence the production of the literary works in relation to the philosophy and the Arabs’ way of thinking.
