Abstract
This course concentrates on creating ceramic decorative vessel by using hand built and wheel throw techniques. Students can explore the hand built and wheel throw techniques in fabricating the products with applying studio ceramic decoration. Additionally, study on contemporary design based on ceramic decorative vessel is needed for market trends. Research and design development are required to guide the student in creating ceramic decorative vessel design. Weekly sketchbook assignments are a course requirement.
