TSL590 : Methodology in teaching listening and speaking / Faculty of Education

This course prepares teacher trainees to develop practical skills for English teaching, focusing specifically on listening and speaking skills. It provides the practice and methodology thus taking students one step further from the theoretical background introduced in TSL450 in the previous semester. The topics covered include the approaches, strategies and techniques as well as the selection, design and production of materials for listening and speaking. Students will also be introduced to the instrument and procedures for assessing and evaluating listening and speaking skills.
