Komunikay is an application (App.), which in essence is a combination of five different elements into one, i.e. information assessing and gathering, social media, navigation, education and a game play interface. By combining these, you have a platform where information is no longer a dull thing to acquire, and it is also communicative, interactive, simple, fun and easily accessible for both staff and students of UiTM. Komunikay App., acts as a virtual friend to staff and students to gateway of information, whereby communication is no more a barrier but it is accessible at any time, any location. Not only that, the Komunikay App., acts as a useful teaching and learning tool, where students and lecturers will be able to communicate and sign in into class virtually. Since UiTM is heading into the virtual world where blended learning will be implemented, it is essential for every student to learn and gain knowledge. Students will be able to access the learning tools and notes and also podcast and audiocast for each lecture according to lesson plans and weekly plans. For its navigation system, it contains a detailed map off everything that is included in the campus, accessible in a gameplay interface, or also using the GPS system to pinpoint your location and lead you to where you wish to go. Komunikay is a new all in one platform for every level of people in UiTM as the university is heading towards virtual world.
