To conclude, throughout my industrial training at Labu Palm Oil Mill, I was able to gain experience in a real-world working environment. I also got to learn things that I had learned theoretically during my elective subject, which is Oleo chemical technology and Palm Oil manufacturing, in practice, so that I could understand better by seeing all the processes in real life and seeing the connection between theoretical learning and practical work. This furthermore enhances my understanding of the subject and piques my interest in it. Aside from that, I learned how to work in a team and build strong relationships with other employees because I had to communicate with the operator and employees every day to learn the working procedure throughout the task provided.
