Abstract

A trip to Kuala Lumpur for pastry quest was indeed worth the journey as the hub of the city is so full of colours and new trends when it comes to pastry products, not to mention the time spent with executive pastry chef of YTL hotels, Chef Nazeri Ismail who shared his personal experiences and lessons in life in becoming one of the top chefs in the pastry world. A walk into the life of a pastry chef was an inspiration for the young future pastry chefs. It is also important to note that the day was also so full of interesting discoveries of pastry shops around the heart of Kuala Lumpur selling various interesting products that had inspired the young future chefs.
