Abstract
This course discusses pertinent psychological and sociological knowledge and issues that can help improve personal and professional development of educators. Selected psychological and sociological theories and concepts will be identified, analyzed, and explored to determine how best they could be applied for professional development, as well as to help enhance performance at workplace. The course will take into consideration the personal experiences of students to see its relevance to their professional growth. This will be done through the discussion of applications
