EDU503 : Instruction, technology and assessment 1 / Faculty of Education

This course discusses and guides student to develop skills in five major aspects of the teaching process: (a) statement of teaching objectives; (b) selecting and planning of curricular materials and sequence of lessons; (c) selecting appropriate teaching methods and techniques; (d) preparing the use of appropriate teaching-learning technology; (e) selecting and preparing appropriate tools and methods to evaluate learning outcomes. Students will develop skills in the preparation a set of lesson plans on certain topics for their respective subjects, based on the above components.
