Abstract
This course will introduce students to the historical and philosophical factors which influence education. With this knowledge, students will be able to understand the importance and the roles of education, and the issues in education today and to help them improve the teaching and learning process. Besides that, students will be introduced to the Malaysian Educational System and some of the improvement and development that have been done in this system.
