Abstract
This course introduces students to Malaysian Educational laws, legislative framework in education and the Teaching Code of Ethics. Special emphasis is given to current issues which affect the teaching profession, namely negligence of teachers, educational negligence, school safety management and corporal punishment which enable the students to understand the course and at the same time analyze courts cases and related legislative provisions.
