This course on International Relations provides the conceptual foundation of international relations and its application to the current international system and events. Topic covered range from the origin of the discipline, its theoretical foundations, the major actors in global politics and their impact on international relations. International security and power politics, foreign policy, international conflicts, international organization and some major issues of IR are some of the key areas that will form the general focus of this course.
