Selections processes of sub-contractor mostly exist by the same processes to selecting the main contractor. The difference only the main contractor was hired officially by the client. But in a certain types of contract, the sub-contractor still exist and can conclude that the sub-contractor also the important parties in the construction organization. The parties involved in the organization such as the client, architect, engineer, quantity surveyor, project manager and others. The entire parties take responsible to guide and to ensure the project smoothly done and follow the guidance and the conditions that been stated by the authorities. This practical report focusing about the processes involved in selecting sub-contractor because as the Building Department's student, this really important as we will exist in the main contractor organization or the sub-contractor organization. So then, by this report we can know exactly about the obligation of each of them.
