Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between macroeconomic determinants and the exchange rate in Malaysia. Exchange rate is the main indicator in this research. This research consists of independent variable such as, interest rate, consumer price index and gross domestic product. This study aimed at investigating either exchange rate relatively affect by the macroeconomic determinants. Data were taken from the Thompson Data Stream for the quarterly period of 2004-2013. Multiple regressions are applied to find the result for this research.
