Awareness and perception among Gombak residents towards Hibah from an Islamic perspective / Ainnur Syuhada Mohd Nisran

This study aims to identify the awareness and perception among Gombak residents about Hibah according to the Islamic perspective. The focus of this study is to show the level of knowledge among Gombak residents about Hibah according to the Islamic perspective, identify the importance of Hibah according to the Islamic perspective, and identify the extent of awareness among Gombak towards Hibah from an Islamic perspective. The research methodology is in the form of qualitative data while the research instrument is implemented through an online questionnaire involving a total of 20 respondents consisting of residents around Gombak. The data obtained from the questionnaires were processed and analysed using descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study found that the level of knowledge of Gombak residents about Hibah is still at a moderate level. Meanwhile, their level of awareness on the importance of the implementation of Hibah is at a good level. In conclusion, the findings of this study show that the awareness and perception among Gombak residents about Hibah according to the Islamic perspective is moderate. The researcher has also submitted some suggestions to certain parties to be taken into consideration and appropriate action on the issue of awareness and perception among Gombak residents about Hibah according to Islamic perspective so that it can be monitored by certain parties and can provide benefits and awareness to the community in Malaysia, especially residents around Gombak.
