ACC800: Dissertation / Faculty of Accountancy

This course is designed to enable students to conduct a research project and write a research dissertation at the end of the course. Since the course’s pre-requisite is Research Methodology, students are assumed to have basic knowledge on research techniques in order for them to complete their dissertations. Each student is assigned a supervisor related to his/her research area. The course should comprise of at least 5 meetings with the appointed supervisor where each student is expected to update his/her research progress. At the end of the semester, the students are expected to submit the final dissertations.
