Abstract
This report presents five main chapters. Chapter One is the preamble of this study. It exhibits an overview of this study briefly on general background; determine the crisis related to this study in problem statement, verify the aims and objective of this study, identify the scope and limitation and formulating the methodology towards this study. Chapter Two will cover the literature review section which discuss the definition of maintenance fee, the person who involve in maintenance fee, the importance of maintenance fee, problem related to maintenance fee, the factor to be consider in determining maintenance fee and acts and guideline related to maintenance fee. Chapter Three will present collection of data through interview and questionnaire together with tables for easy understanding and further analysis. The data is basically about the background of my 20 case studies. In Chapter Four, the discussion of findings and result will be conferring in this chapter according to the data collection in chapter three. This chapter will be present in table for easy identified. The last chapter, Chapter Five will discuss the conclusion based on the analysis of data in Chapter Four to meet the objective of study together with some recommendations.
