Abstract
Human Management is an important aspect of the construction process. This course introduces students to management theories and their applications. Students are taught the historical origin of management, aspects of human behaviour and the importance of human factors specifically in managing construction projects. Various theories of management and concepts from traditional to modern applications and future trends are discussed.
