Abstract
Contract administration and management has become increasingly important in the implementation of construction projects. Builders need to have a sound knowledge in administering and managing projects. The objective of this course is to introduce to students the legal aspect of managing construction projects especially those areas regarding rights and obligations of contracting parties.
